1. About Pixe Finance

Pixe Finance Limited (“Pixe,” “we,” “us”) is a company registered in Nigeria providing multi-brand phone financing services through our network of partner stores. Our services allow customers to purchase mobile devices through flexible installment payment plans.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be a resident of Nigeria.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Provide valid identification documents (BVN, NIN, or government-issued ID).
• Have a valid Nigerian phone number and bank account.
• Provide accurate and complete information during the application process.

3. Financing Terms

The specific terms of your financing agreement, including the device price, down payment amount, repayment schedule, interest rate (if applicable), and tenure will be provided at the point of sale at our partner stores. Key features of our financing plans include:

• Down payment from 20% of the device price.
• Flexible repayment options: daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
• Repayment tenure from 3 to 12 months depending on the plan selected.
• Early repayment is permitted with no prepayment penalty.
• Late payment may result in restriction of device functionality and/or additional fees.

4. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Make all payments on time according to your agreed repayment schedule.
• Keep your contact information up to date.
• Use the financed device lawfully and not attempt to tamper with any device management software.
• Notify us immediately if your device is lost or stolen.
• Provide accurate information during the application process.

5. Default and Recovery

If you fail to make payments as agreed:

• We may restrict the functionality of the financed device through device management technology.
• We may engage recovery agents to repossess the device.
• Your default may be reported to credit bureaus, which could affect your credit score.
• We may pursue legal remedies to recover the outstanding amount.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Protection page.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Pixe Finance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you under the applicable financing agreement.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
